Staying in Pallo for family reasons we found this the best deal for us.|Basic accommodation , a few rooms over a gas station. Twin beds with a small kitchenette attached and a small bathroom.|No air-conditioning and couldn't open the curtains. The beds had an annoying mattress topper that kept trying to fall off the bed at night, and which messed up the bottom sheet as a result, but it was good value and as such was acceptable as a compromise.

Huge apartment, very clean and comfortable. Reception not very well signaled, inside the ground level petrol station. Rich and tasty buffet breakfast and excellent, overall, value for money. Free parking facilities in front of the motel and three supermarkets at very short walking distance (less than 500 m).Close to the main road crossing the village.

During our trip to the Northcape in Norway we stayed in this motel for one night. The outside looks horribly old and neglected. The inside however, is the opposite. Spacious room with good beds, small sitting area, kitchenette with a sort of bar with chairs, clean and spacious bathroom and a sauna. |Breakfast was simple but okay. Staff friendly and helpful.

A nice motel with pleasant staff. Rooms were really modern, exept from bathroom which was not renovated and it had a weird smell in it. Otherwise I had no complaints about the motel. Breakfast was super great and it exceeded my expectations. I would consider to visit the place other time also if I go to Pello.

Motel Jatkankolo in Pello is a good place to stay when you need a quiet room with a comfortable bed, hot shower and a decent breakfast. During summertime I assume that this is a great place to go fishing in river Tornio, but in the middle of winter there is not much to do.
