What a beautiful location! Whilst the hut is small it seems very spacious. Lots of storage everywhere and we got given a tour when we arrived just to explain hiw everything works.||We know there would only be a composite toilet and no shower facilities. I am used to having a wash in the sauna so this was not new. ||We were given instructions at check in to book the Sauna and we were even able to have a night sauna which was very needed after a late northern light tour! Just make sure you have plenty of wood to keep it going!||We were also lucky to see the Northern Lights one night albeit it was at around 3am!||The only downside was that there was no lunch and no shop nearby so you had to make sure you had snacks or something to eat to get through as a 80 euro round-trip to town doesn't seem worth it. I would recommend to set up a small selection of things for visitors to buy at reception like chocolate bars, crisps, drinks, Muesli bars etc ||However, I have to say both breakfast and dinner were lovely so hats off to the chefs! Both cooked on open fire and so delicious. The waiter we had on both nights (from New Zealand) was also super lovely!||We did the snowmobile safari which was great. I'm 26 weeks pregnant and they did say it was not recommended due to bumps and possible accidents however i felt super safe in the sled and it was really smooth! I wouldn't risk driving one but my husband did and he had a great time! M||All the staff there were wonderful and always happy to help and the transfer option from Nova skyland was great as we were then able to go spend time at the santa claus village before our evening flight.

Une expérience inoubliable dans une hutte avec baies vitrée à Rovaniemi ! Le personnel était incroyablement accueillant et attentionné, rendant notre séjour de 4 jours des plus agréables. Se laver à l'ancienne avec des seaux au sauna privé ajoutait une touche authentique à l'aventure. La cuisine du restaurant était délicieuse, avec des plats cuits au feu de bois qui ajoutaient une saveur unique. Bien que les aurores boréales n'aient été que légères, leur apparition a ajouté une magie supplémentaire à cette expérience nordique. Recommandé à tous les amoureux de la nature et des expériences uniques !

Iglu really nice, tidy and comfy beds, small space but that was a known fact. Own sauna which was spacious and of very high quality. The intimate restaurant was of excellent quality, great service and good food. The only thing is that the location is so remote that there's nothing within kilometers so you should bring some drinks and snacks with you if you don't want to pay for everything on the spot.

An amazing Igloo experience with a reasonable price. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Igloo was super clean, comfortable and it comes with its own private sauna. Restaurant has very authentic, cozy atmosphere with a fireplace in it and the food was very delicious. Igloo has a compact toilet, you can have a bath in Sauna and use the common restrooms as well.

Expérience incroyable ! Quelle nuit... une vue magnifique, entourée par la forêt, la neige et vue sur le ciel dégagée. La restauration se fait également dans un magnifique cadre autour d'un feu chaleureux. Nous avons pu nourrir les rennes le lendemain matin, le personnel était très gentil. L'expérience du sauna était également top.

Wunderschöne Iglus und Sauna die noch mit Holz geheizt wird. Die Angestellten sind alle super freundlich. Duschen in der Sauna war ein Erlebnis. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, ein super Ort in der Natur zum entspannen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und auch das Abendessen toll. Wir hatten verschiedene Unterkünfte während unserer Reise gebucht, hier gefiel es uns mit Abstand am Besten. Nordlichter konnten wir von den Iglus aus jeden Abend beobachten. Definitiv empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

The location is pretty far from the city. There is very little transportation to the hotel unless you have your own car or plan to book taxis to get to the city of Rovaniemi. The rooms (huts) are very small but manageable if you want to experience sleeping with 360 degree view. The best thing about the property is the private sauna with each hut which comes with a 24H service and the reindeers that come to the property everyday in the morning. The restaurant is outsourced to another company and is not good at all. We had ordered for one portion of an item on the menu but got served 2 for which we had to pay. The chef also charged us €15 for a few pieces of boiled potato. Zero rating for the food and the restaurant. The best part about the property was the quick response time and the service by the people working at the property.

Overall. I don’t think I will be visiting or recommending this place to anyone

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. The staff were lovely, the food was amazing (recommend dinner, cooked over an open flame!), and the accommodations were perfect for my visit. Each igloo has a private sauna — this was my first time experiencing this, I loved it and would return!
