Tilattiin juoman sekä pehmistä missä sisältyy boba helmet, kakkupalanen? ja punapavut jotka maistui vanhalta. Ilmoitin siitä asiasta työntekijälle ja hän maistoin niitä. Hänen ilmeen perusteella ettei hän ole ollenkaan maistunut miltä raaka-aineet maistuvat, onko mennyt vanhaksi vai ei. Hinta 7.90€ pieni muki missä oli täytteet enemmän kuin matcha pehmistä joten se ei ole hinta arvoista sekä maku on se tärkein. Asiakaspalvelu 2-3/5 ei yhtään hymyä.

If you're a Matcha lover, it's hard to find a better spot in Itis, from now on I have to grab something from here whenever I go, it was that good.

I regularly visit and often meet a Chinese woman who works there. She is welcoming, friendly, and full of energy—always a pleasure to interact with.

However, I’ve also had experiences with a Japanese-Finnish girl, twice and this will be my last time. She comes across as unfriendly and unenergetic. She takes orders and prepares drinks without enthusiasm, and the matcha she made didn’t taste good. She should focus on making my drink but she’s talking and smilling with her friends (but not with the customers)

It’s important to at least say “thank you” when taking orders and handing drinks to customers. Also, please make sure drinks are handed out in the order they were placed.

Had the Winter Lover and loved it. Even with the syrup it never tasted too sweet which i appreciate.

Took winter matcha with extra boba and matcha cheese cake. Both tasted really great and fair priced. The thing that maddened me the most was the cushioned seats by the window. 11 tables and only 2 of them were of paying customers. All the other ones were just hanging out taking space talking to each other without any orders from the food market.

This ignorance will eventually kill both the entrepreneurs' business as well as itis shopping center in the long run. Paying customers don't find a spot to sit down and are put off to return due to rowdy crowd and jungle ambience.

In other countries store owners are more brave to hush out people who sit down on tables without paying. And the people seem to respect the code of conduct and they don't even try to be disrespectful by sitting around in the business area without paying. Somehow it's a lot more lenient in Finland.

I suggest store owners and itis to put up posters in at least three languages urging people not to sit around without purchasing. As these illiterates never think of implications on their actions =)

Familiar with the other location in Kamppi. This one at Itis mall kauppahalli seems just as good, although I only went there once so far. Much more space for seating compared with Kamppi location. And right next to Momochi, which is a great combination!
