Ollaan käyty jo kaksi kertaa ja tykätty valtavasti. Sopivan hintainen, kodikas, kaikki toimii.

There are several renovated flats in an old wooden house. The style is nice and the location is excellent. I wouldn't call it a hotel, anyway.||||The kitchen, although randomly equipped, is practical.||||I visited Naantali on a cool summer day, and my flat was so cold that I had to wear coat and shoes indoors. It was actually warmer outside most of the time.||I would have liked to have a hair-drier.||||Other things I didn't like were the lack of proper curtains and thin walls/ceiling of the old house. I heard when people upstairs were walking, and they seemed to do it all the time.||||It's just what you prefer in accommodation. This place might be great for some families with children, but if I visit Naantali again I will choose something else.

The ones keeping the hostel are horrible people. I've lived as their neighbor for years. The houses are close to collapse and not taken good care of. The yard hasn't been cleaned and now we've started to see rats in the neighborhood due to this.

City tried to close the hostel due to multiple issues but lost in court due to a technicality and they got to keep the hostel open. It's a shame. They've had louses etc. I would avoid the place. There's a reason for the reasonable / cheap price.

Many thanks again for your hospitality! ||||Our family has annually stayed at your hotel for last ten years and have always enjoyed. The service is excellent and done with joy. The location is superb at the heart of the old town beside the beautiful park with occational second hand stands. Lovely old-time atmosphere is surrounded the hotel and warmly recommend to take a step there for a moment. As a bonus prices are reasonable and a car park secured.

The premises had a lot of potential, but unfortunately the place hasn't been taken care of. The front door had no lock, even though you could lock the room. The room itself was quite nice and clean, everything else was a mess. The bed was worn out and too soft. Works if you need a place to sleep.

The reception staff at the b&b were nice and the room (w/ shared bathroom) was clean and pretty. However, our friends at the Hotel Pusa, opposite side of the park had a much more modern room with private bath for 20€ less a night.||||Also the cancellation policy and the way the owners of Harriet feel about the clients has some room for improvement. We booked a room from Hotel Harriet by phoning the reservation desk well beforehand. On the website they write that they accept free cancellations until 6pm one day before. We had an unexpected change in our plans and phoned to cancel our booking at 9am the day before and a very unpolite lady at the phone said that they would charge us for the room anyway "because they are a family-run place and cannot afford cancellations". So we made some arrangements and went to the place even though it really didn't fit our plans anymore.||||Even if paying over-price is no issue to you, I would still recommend to check out the neighboring hotels first.

We stayed one weekend in Naantali to visit Muumimaailma. |We had a great room with sauna and plenty of space. |The staff was friendly and the location was in walking distance to city, harbor and muumimaailma.

In the centrum of Naantali. Smell of molt in the Rebecca house. That caused respitory irritation. Fridge and sauna didnt work. Staff was rude and only interested of upfront payment. Not going there again.
